Happiness cannot be measured, but somehow scientists have managed to reassure us. By conducting experiments and research, the great brains have discovered some little things that you would never have imagined could be the signs of a happy person.

We have found 6 signs that you may be happier than you think.

You’re Always Running Late

People who are always late end up being happier and even living longer. Latecomers tend to be more optimistic about time management.

They think they can do a thousand things in a short time, but in reality, they end up being late. Laggards are also calmer and don’t panic in hectic situations.

You Wake Up Early

The morning people have been the happiest. The researchers compared early risers and night owls and found that the latter were less satisfied with their lives and had more mental illness.

Early risers often have a genetic component that suppresses depression and chronic disease.

You Have A Sister

The Sisters encourage more open communication within families, which leads to better emotional expression. The main reason is probably that girls find it easier to talk about emotions than boys.

In addition, the sisters improve their social skills and the boys communicate better with the girls.

You Work As A Florist Or A Gardener

Interestingly, florists and gardeners are the happiest professions. Even prestigious, high-paying jobs don’t bring the same amount of happiness.

For example, the least happy workers were those in human resources and IT, as well as bankers.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions writes an annual report that assesses the happiness of each country. Among the most important factors are life expectancy and social support.

Interestingly, Finland was named the happiest country and overall life satisfaction is highest there.

You Eat A Lot Of Fruit And Vegetables

One study found that participants who increased their fruit and vegetable intake from 3 to 4 servings to 8 servings a day were happier than before. The amount of happiness they got was equal to that of finding a new job.
