It is very easy to find common ground with most people. But to “fit” in the highest sense of the word is incredibly difficult. This coincidence is called finding a soul mate, which happens rarely, if ever.

We have read La mente es maravillosa, a monologue, and we want to share with you what we have learned about how to recognize a soulmate.

Signs of a Soul Mate

A Soul Mate Is Not The Same As True Love

A soulmate and beloved person, your destiny, your true love. They are by no means the same thing.

Your soulmate can be your friend, relative, lover, or just an acquaintance.

Sometimes just by seeing them, hearing them express themselves, or laughing together, you realize that you are incredibly close spiritually.

It’s Like You’ve Known Each Other For Ages

Perhaps the main sign of a soulmate is the feeling that they have known each other for a hundred years.

You can find someone who is twice your age or another nationality or religion, but at the same time, you feel that that person understands you, in the deepest way.

You Have The Same Values

You may have different tastes for clothes, food, or other little things, but in terms of moral principles, emotional expression, and priorities in life, you are very similar.

You have a common value system and similar worldviews.

The Mirror Law

If we want to phrase it exquisitely, our soul mate acts as our own reflection or a reflection of our inner self.

You understand them and yourself at the same time because you look at them as if in a mirror, to the soul of course, and not by appearance. This sign is known as the “The Mirror Law“.

Together You Are Creative

Your close spiritual connection and similar worldviews have great potential to become something creative, to create something together, from a semi-drunk adventure to plans for world domination.

You Don’t Have To Change Each Other

You are similar right away. If you have to change for them or are trying to change them, you don’t have the same values, views, and plans … then they are not your reflection.
