Japan
In most western countries, a perfect smile is often associated with beauty, but for Japan, things work the opposite way.
In this country, young women go to dental clinics to make their teeth appear crooked and multilayered.
This semi-vampire look, or yaeba, is considered really cute there, as the Japanese believe it to be a symbol of natural beauty and youth.
Iran
Statistics show that Iran has the highest percentage of nasal surgeries in the world. And that’s not really surprising: Since women can’t use their other body parts to attract men, they tend to spend a lot of time working on their faces, especially the nose.
Rhinoplasty is also very expensive in this country; So if a woman went through it, it means that she can really afford it, being from a wealthy family.
Because of this, many Iranian women wear their bandages long after the actual surgery, only to show that they are rich enough. And some even use fake bandages to pretend they have a nose problem.
South Korea
The idea of a perfect woman in South Korea is defined by flawless white skin, a pointy nose, a small face, and large eyes.

Some time ago, there was even a common superstition: the closer your eyebrows are, the closer your husband will be to you. Furthermore, it is considered a symbol of purity and innocence in women.
Although things are changing today, you can still find many Tajik women with only one eyebrow.
And even those who have lost the unibrow gene try to simulate it and use herbs to grow the necessary hair or draw eyebrows to look more beautiful.
Saudi Arabia
The eyes are the mirror of a person’s soul: women in Saudi Arabia give another meaning to this old saying. Since they cannot show most of the face, due to their religion, they generally pay close attention to the beauty of their eyes.
To make them more attractive, they use all kinds of makeup and tools and spend huge amounts of money on them.
China
For Chinese women, pale skin is considered a true standard of beauty. This trend really goes back to the past, when skin color was related to the social class to which a person belonged.

New Zealand
In New Zealand, tattoos are not only used to decorate the skin but indigenous people, Maori, use a tattoo technique called ta moko to make a kind of identity card with black and dark blue patterns on the face of a woman.
Maori women traditionally tattoo themselves on the chin during adolescence and try to make their tattoos as orderly and detailed as possible to show their social status.

Ethiopia
In this country, when a woman reaches childbearing age, people remove her 2 lower front teeth and make a piercing in her lower lip. Then they insert heavy clay or a wooden disk in this hole.
